1 General Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 35 bet platform and all related services. By opening an account on 35 bet, using its services, or participating in any game, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

35 bet reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change means the user has accepted the updated Terms. It is therefore advised to visit this page regularly.

2 Account Registration and User Eligibility

2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility

To register on the 35 bet platform, a user must be 21 years of age or older. Opening an account on behalf of a minor, or participating in any bet or game on 35 bet as a minor, is strictly prohibited. If this condition is violated, 35 bet has the right to close the account at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, 35 bet may suspend or close them and forfeit any bonuses held in those accounts.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email, and other personal details — must be accurate, truthful, and complete. Providing incorrect or false information may delay account verification and could result in suspension of service.

2.4 Account Security

The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to 35 bet immediately. 35 bet will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing login details with a third party.

3 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Terms

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Currently accepted deposit methods on 35 bet are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.). Withdrawals can also be made through these same methods.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum amount for each deposit is ৳200 (two hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). No transactions below these limits will be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Accounts where verification is not yet complete may take additional time.

3.4 Own Account Requirement

Deposits and withdrawals must be made only from a payment account registered in the user's own name. Transactions made using a third party's account may be cancelled.

4 Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

35 bet offers new members a 150% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. That means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, making the balance ৳2,500, and the wagering requirement ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.

4.2 Other Promotional Bonuses

35 bet runs various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and wagering requirements may differ. It is advised to read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If a user is found to be abusing the bonus system, 35 bet may, after investigation, forfeit the bonus and suspend the account. Creating multiple accounts from the same household or the same device to claim bonuses is prohibited.

4.4 Bonus Withdrawal

35 bet reserves the right to withdraw or change any promotional offer without prior notice. Once a published bonus offer has expired, it can no longer be claimed.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, though 35 bet may make exceptions in certain specific cases. 35 bet reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted with incorrect odds or amounts due to a technical error.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game or betting session is interrupted due to server or network problems, 35 bet will determine the outcome based on the last recorded state in the system. 35 bet is not responsible for issues with the user's device or internet connection.

5.3 Unfair Conduct Prohibited

If any user attempts to gain an artificial advantage, exploits software bugs, uses bots or automated tools, or colludes with other users, the relevant account will be immediately and permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

5.4 Match Fixing and Corruption

Placing a bet on any sporting event while having knowledge of fixing or match manipulation is strictly prohibited. If such suspicious activity is detected, the account will be suspended and the relevant authorities will be notified.

6 VIP Program Terms

6.1 VIP Levels and Benefits

The 35 bet VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit, paid as a fixed percentage of the net loss for that week.

6.2 Cashback Calculation

The weekly cashback is paid at a set rate on the net loss for that week, which is the total losses minus the total winnings. The maximum cashback is 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum, and 1.2% at Diamond level.

6.3 Level Changes

Advancement in VIP level is determined by the user's activity and engagement on the platform. 35 bet reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

35 bet ensures the highest level of security when collecting, storing, and using users' personal data. User data is not sold or transferred to any third party without authorization. Our Privacy Policy describes in detail the purpose of data collection, retention periods, and user rights.

The platform uses SSL encryption, which keeps financial transactions and personal data secure during transmission. Payment information is never stored directly on 35 bet's servers.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

35 bet may suspend or permanently close an account at any time for any of the following reasons:

A single person holding multiple accounts
Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
Use of bots or automation software
Dishonest activity against other users
The account holder being under 21 years of age

9.2 Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. In that case, they will be given the opportunity to withdraw any legitimate funds in the balance, but any unused bonuses will be cancelled.

10 Limitation of Liability

35 bet will not be liable for any financial loss arising from a user's betting or gaming activity. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own decision and risk.

35 bet will not be directly liable for software errors or outages from third-party game providers. However, in such situations, every effort will be made to assist the user as much as possible.

In the event of a session interruption caused by internet connection loss, power outage, or other technical issues, 35 bet will attempt to provide a resolution where applicable.

11 Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises over a transaction, bonus, or gaming outcome, the user must first contact the 35 bet support team directly. Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Bengali and English via live chat or email.

12 Right to Modify or Discontinue Service

35 bet reserves the right to change, temporarily suspend, or fully shut down any part of the platform at any time. Advance notice will be attempted for temporary outages due to maintenance or upgrades.

35 bet is not obliged to give prior notice when adding new games, removing existing games, or changing service features. However, such changes are generally made with the aim of improving the platform.

13 Intellectual Property Rights

The design, logo, text, graphics, software, and other content on the 35 bet platform are covered by the intellectual property rights of 35 bet or the respective rights holders. Copying, redistributing, or using them commercially without prior permission is prohibited.

The names and logos of game provider companies (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, etc.) are under their own intellectual property rights and no official partnership with them is claimed.
